What to do if a screening is cancelled 

Unfortunately, screenings may be cancelled due to weather or technical matters.
Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

As an outdoor event we are liable to variable weather conditions although we try to screen in most circumstances such as light, occasional or possible rain.  Generally speaking we will screen unless conditions pose a risk to patrons and staff.

Patrons accept the risk that weather they consider unsatisfactory may occur on a particular night and acknowledge that tickets are non-refundable. 

If you have purchased tickets for a screening that is cancelled:

Should a session be cancelled we shall be forwarding both an SMS to your mobile phone and an email to the address you provided when purchasing your tickets online.  Please check both your Inbox and Junk Mail in-trays for instructions.

We rely upon the latest Bureau of Meteorology forecast together with their rain radar to make an assessment as conditions may vary from where you are located at home or work.  Whilst we may cancel earlier should conditions have settled in, under uncertain circumstances a decision is rarely made before 4:30pm.

Procedure for exchanging tickets

  • Please retain your tickets as they remain your proof of purchase and are still valid.
  • Upon receipt of our email you will be provided with instructions on how to transfer your tickets to an alternate screening at any of our venues through until the end of the Season.  The direct link is: Change My Booking
  • Once your transfer of tickets has been completed you will receive confirmation of this transfer by email.
  • You will need to present your transfer confirmation at the gate on the night of your new screening.
  • As stated in the terms of purchase tickets are not refundable.
