Our Mandurah venue is in Meadow Springs located in the Quarry Adventure Park on Pebble Beach Road (turn off Mandurah Road into Meadow Springs Drive) corner of Windcrest Way.
Burswood Venue - Charles Paterson Park, Resort Drive, Burswood Parklands (off Great Eastern Highway), Burswood. Our Burswood venue is located off Resort Drive, Burswood Park next to Crown Perth (formerly the Burswood Entertainment Complex). Follow the signs from the main entrance to Crown Perth on Great Eastern Highway, or enter from the slip road off Great Eastern Highway if travelling from over the Causeway. If travelling north down the Graham Farmer Freeway take the slip road to Belmont Racecourse then travel past the WA State Tennis Centre along Victoria Park Drive until turning right at the round-about and continue to the next round-about near Crown Casino. Go straight ahead across this round-about (or second exit) travelling past the multi-carpark development. At the T-junction turn left and then take the second right which is Resort Drive.
Murdoch Venue - Lower Bush Court (near Car Park 3), Murdoch University, South Street, Murdoch. Our Murdoch venue is located in the Lower Bush Court in the grounds of Murdoch University off South Street Murdoch. Enter the grounds via either of the two main entrances off South Street (opposite the Caltex Service Station). Directional signs will turn you towards Car Park 3 next to the Lower Bush Court.
Bassendean Venue - BIC Reserve, Corner Guildford Road & Wilson Street, Bassendean. Our Bassendean venue is located in the BIC Reserve next to the Town of Bassendean Council Offices. If travelling from the direction of Perth on Guildford Road turn right into Wilson Street which is the first street after the Bassendean Railway Station (cnr of Old Perth Road which cannot be entered). If travelling from the direction of Guildford on Guildford Road turn left into Wilson Street which is 200 metres after the Bassendean Shopping Centre.
Gates open at 6:30pm for 7:45pm screenings.

Yes, there can be ordered online (booking fee per voucher applies) for downloading and printing off OR we can deliver an enveloped gift voucher for $3 postage (regardless of quantity ordered). Telephone 0403 560 684 Monday-Friday 10am to 6pm to place orders. Counter sales available Monday-Friday 10am to 6pm at our Burswood venue during the Season.
Due to the very low admission prices at Mandurah our Gift Vouchers are not applicable to Mandurah screenings.
The expiry date is the date the gift voucher is to be redeemed by - it does not mean the screening you have to select has to be on or before that date. You only have to redeem your voucher by that date. You can select any screening after the expiry date that is available. If you do not redeem it by its expiry date you cannot obtain an extension.

Note: Available Burswood & Murdoch venues only. The ticket costs $29 (including $1 online booking fee) and includes admission, bean bag lounge hire, Domino's chicken kickers pack, a Streets Mini-Magnum ice cream and any two Schweppes 600ml soft drinks or Cool Ridge water.

Do NOT change the zeros next to pizza, or cheese platters or bean bag lounges to any number UNLESS you want ADDITIONAL items. We automatically order/reserve your bean bag lounges, cheese platter and pizza/garlic bread. If you prefer a vegetarian pizza to the standard supreme pizza please email us through our contact page with full details of your booking.
Whilst the standard option is for a Domino's Supreme pizza we do allow patrons to request a Vegetarian pizza instead for dietary reasons. Similarly we allow deductions from the Supreme pizza for dietary reasons. Please email us at least 24 hours before the screening through our Contact page with full booking/screening details and your request.
Gift Vouchers purchased and DOWNLOADED expire 365 days from date of purchase. Hard copy Gift Vouchers must be redeemed and/or validated by stipulated dates on the voucher whilst Complimentary Gate Passes and Value Cards expire at the end of Season.
Hard Copy Gift Vouchers expire FOR USE only before the end of the Season to ensure we have enough product on hand to meet bookings and to try and ensure everyone with a Gift Voucher can attend one of the remaining screenings of their choice.
You must redeem online. They will not be accepted at the venues. Simply select the screening of your choice and provide the Voucher ID and Verification Code when purchasing. The system will automatically allocate you your ticket or other redemption. DO NOT PUT ANY NUMBER IN THE BOXES UNLESS YOU WISH TO PURCHASE ADDITIONAL TICKETS OR ITEMS. At the end of the transaction we will only ask you for your email address, mobile phone number and postcode. If you are being asked for your credit card details but have not wanted to purchase any additional items then you have made a mistake. You will need to go back and change any quantities to zero.
If you have ONLY redeemed your voucher and do NOT want any other items (eg. bean bag lounges or additional tickets) you do not have to pay any additional charges. When redeeming your voucher the online ticketing system automatically allocates your tickets or items being redeemed. It asks you if you want ADDITIONAL items. If you change the ZERO to any other number (by you assuming you need to change the zero to 1 or 2 etc) our system will think these are EXTRA purchases and charge you.
Complimentary Gate Passes are valid at all venues. Gift vouchers and Value Cards are all valid at all venues excluding Telethon La Grassiere (Burswood venue only).
The Value Card entitles you to 4 admissions, 4 standard popcorns, 4 non-alcoholic drinks and 4 icecreams to be used in whatever combination you wish. Some restrictions apply. In addition, you can purchase up to 4 tickets for $8 each to most other screenings. All this for just $59.
Every Value Card comes with an instruction sheet to assist you Value Card coupons can NOT be redeemed online. They can only be used at the venues. Each Card has coupons that you remove and redeem at the venue. There is a discount card to remove and present for up for 4 discounted $8 tickets at the venue box office on the night of the screening (not valid Valentine's Day, Rocky Horror and special events).
No, you can use them at anytime (with some restrictions) in any number.
Unfortunately for all the goodies you get we had to impose a restriction or two to give value for money. One of these is that we only accept them across the counter at a venue.
Yes, we do allow you to redeem Value Card ticket coupons across the counter when the Box Office is open for advance screenings.
Yes, we accept bookings for lounges and food without having to purchase tickets. Choose the screening and what you require, pay for them, and the system takes it from there.

Our Season dates: Burswood - Thursday 24 November to Saturday 22 April (nightly) Murdoch - Thursday 10 November to Saturday 4 February (nightly) Bassendean - Thursday 8 December to Saturday 25 March (Wed to Sun). Mandurah - Thursday 19 to Sunday 29 January (Wed to Sun). Gates open at 6:30pm and all screenings (unless indicated on the programme) commence at 7:45pm.
BYO food and NON-alcoholic drinks. Venues fully licensed therefore no alcohol can be brought into the venue. There is plenty of food to buy. Check out MENU page. Mandurah is an alcohol-free venue.
We close off online advance sales at 5:45pm for that night’s screenings ONLY in order to arrange food and other orders. Plenty of tickets are usually available at the door. If a session is sold out it will state same when trying to purchase tickets.

There is plenty of free parking right next to the venue at all locations.

Discount days are Mondays & Tuesdays at Burswood & Murdoch and on Wednesdays & Thursdays at Bassendean. Mandurah ONLY Prices - Adults $7 - Concessions $6 - Children 5-15 years $5 - Children Under 5 Free - Families (2 Adults + 2 Children) $20. Online booking fees are $1 per admission but online ticket prices are $1 lower than at the gate prices (effectively the same prices overall). Special deals for groups of 20 or more. If you have your online ticket booking number and photo ID just come to the gate on the night OR If you have it on your smart phone just present it at gate on the night.
There are numerous way to purchase tickets online - simply click anywhere you see a "Buy Tickets" link. Scroll down on the HOME PAGE to the Calendar and click on the desired film. If the date is after the range of the Calendar click on PROGRAMME – BUY TICKETS which brings up the list of films being screened. Scroll down to the date & film and click on the film. In both cases follow the instructions to purchase tickets. Online Ticket Sales close at 5:45pm for THAT NIGHT'S screenings. Tickets are also available to purchase AT THE GATE from 6:30pm nightly when the gates open.

You can order online either when ordering tickets or not. Choose the screening and then select the food you require. Pre-orders close at 5:45pm for that night's screening. Orders are available for collection at the venue usually from 7pm. Pizzas can also be ordered at the Candy Bar by 7pm for 7:45pm delivery.
Whilst our pricing is very modest compared to most cinemas we also allow our patrons to self-cater with the exception of BYO alcohol.
Depending upon the venue we have sausage sizzles, to a range of Dominos pizzas (including gluten-minimal and healthy choice options), garlic bread, pastas, pies and vegetable rolls.
Our bar has a wide selection of Angove's wines, Matso's beers, ciders, pre-mixed drinks and Schweppes soft drinks. We also have barista-prepared Giovanni coffees, hot chocolate and tea. All very reasonably priced. Our bar selection is listed under Food & Drink on the website.
Yes, we have gluten-minimal Dominos pizzas available to pre-order ONLY. These cost an extra $3. You are welcome to provide your own nibblies.

Unfortunately liquor licensing laws stipulate that BYO alcohol is not permitted at our venues. Otherwise, everything else is fine. However, remember we're all volunteers trying to help raise funds for children's charities and our pricing is CHEAP! especially for an entertainment venue.

Yes, we allow you to change your ticketing at no extra charge up to midnight the night prior to the screening. You need to go on to our website and select the option under Ticketing & Programme for the venue of the screening. Just follow the prompts. No changes will be allowed on the day of the screening.

Concession tickets are available to students 16 years and over together with Seniors and others on Social Security (please present Seniors, Pension or Healthcare card as proof of entitlement). Students under 16 will qualify for a Child's ticket.
Yes, we accept Carer's Companion Cards. The holder pays their appropriate admission price whilst the carer is provided with free admission.
These are screenings where Complimentary Gate Passes are not accepted due to restrictions placed upon us by the film distributor concerned. They are marked as NFP against a screening.
Yes, children 15 years and older can attend on their own. However, we highly recommend that you check the screening's end time to ensure someone is in attendance to collect them.
Between 5 and 15 years inclusive. Children under 5 are free and over 15 can possibly qualify for a student discount.
Unfortunately Complimentary Gate Admissions can only be presented at the Gate on the night of the screening.

Yes, Monday and Tuesday nights are discount ticket nights at our Burswood and Murdoch venues and Wednesday and Thursday nights at Bassendean.
You can correct the ticketing yourself by transferring your tickets to your correct screening up until midnight the day prior to the screening at no cost. Select the option under Ticketing & Programme for the venue involved and follow the prompts. Unfortunately we do not refund tickets purchased if you simply change your mind and do not wish to attend. It helps if you please check all details of your purchase before confirming the transaction and making payment. We do not accept responsibility if you change your mind after purchasing tickets.
Unfortunately we do not provide refunds if you decide not to attend a screening for whatever reason. However, you can change your ticketing up until midnight the night prior to the day of your screening. Select the option under Ticketing & Programme of the relevant venue and follow the prompts.
We do accept E-tickets downloaded onto smart phones. Just show the screen at the Gate. Otherwise record your E-ticket confirmation number and have personal ID handy. It would assist everyone if you arrive early so we can help you.

We are a family-friendly venue and an all-age venue. If you have a very young one we simply ask you to be conscious of other patrons should your child become restless - and find a quieter place in the venue to settle them.
All screenings commence at 7:45pm with gates opening at 6:30pm. There are the occasional special screenings at Burswood with special screening times - please check programme.
Screening end times depend upon the length of the film. A film's running time is shown is shown when you refer to a particular screening.
In the event that Telethon Community Cinemas cancels a screening all tickets are valid for any other screening (with restrictions) at either venue for the balance of the Season. We do not provide refunds. Screening cancellation is posted on the website usually at 5:30pm at the latest. Advance ticket holders are sent an SMS advising of the cancellation and receive an email advising on how to transfer their tickets.

Yes, you are welcome to bring bicycles into the venue, however, you do so at your own risk.

Burswood Outdoor Community Cinema is located in the Burswood Parklands near the Causeway. Easily accessible off Great Eastern Highway or the Graham Farmer Freeway. The venue is serviced by many Transperth buses and the Burswood Railway Station is within a comfortable walking distance. If entering off of Great Eastern Highway into the Casino turn left at the roundabout then travel past the car parking on your right. At the t-junction turn left. Resort Drive is the second street on your right (or, if you prefer, the street after the second speed hump).
The cinema is located in the Lower Bush Court in the grounds of Murdoch University. Access is off South Street Murdoch through entrances B or C. A directional sign will point you to the free car parking in Car Park 3 next to the cinema.

Yes, there are no steps at venues. All venues have wheelchair-friendly toilet facilities.
Yes, our Burswood venue's Box Office Counter is open Monday-Friday 10am to 6pm (excluding public holidays) HOWEVER we recommend phoning ahead on 0403 560 684 to check as occasionally duties may limit attendance. All venues' Box Offices are open from 6:30pm on screening nights.
Apart from carer dogs we do not allow animals into the venue for health and safety reasons.

Yes, everyone you see at the venue assisting in the running of a screening is a volunteer. They may come from one of our Charity Partners or have no affiliation but wanted to help us raise vital funds for children's charities. We have over 700 volunteers.
